Ron Flower is a recognized expert in Provider Development Planning, Medical Staff Development Planning and Community Needs Assessment. For more than 19 years, Ron has worked directly with 3Dhealth’s Partners to develop customized solutions that fit them and the markets they serve. Having started with 3Dhealth as an Analyst, he knows every component of 3Dhealth’s Provider Development Planning from the ground up. His experience now spans 45 states and includes Academic Medical Centers, Critical Access Hospitals, both national and regional health systems, physician groups, urban and rural markets, and everything in between.

Ron is also a noted speaker, regularly presenting at annual conferences, guiding educational webinars, leading round tables, conducting interviews and podcast discussions, and leading Board meetings, retreats and executive leadership meetings for hospitals and health systems nationwide.

Prior to 3Dhealth, Ron was the Director for SCORE! Educational Centers, a subsidiary of Kaplan and The Washington Post Company.

When not at work, Ron usually spends time with his wife, Danelle, and son, Sebastian. Together, the three enjoy traveling, riding bikes, playing soccer, spending time at the beach, rooting for the Chicago Cubs and anything else that involves family and friends.

Christy Bray currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer for PracticeLink, a leading platform in healthcare recruitment. Christy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, including VP of Provider Talent at Ardent Health Services, AVP of Provider Recruitment at Lifepoint Health and Physician Recruiter and Senior Consultant at Banner Health. She is skilled in provider relations, team building, process improvement, staffing solutions and previously served in several committee roles for the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR).
